We are seeking a Producer to join the Franchise Games team. In this role, you will drive the

development life cycle of Kids Games titles, supporting the quality of games adapted from Paramount

IP. You will work with creative leads to produce the successful vision of each game, ensuring brand

integrity is maintained without sacrificing creative ideation or production execution.

Your Impact

  • Guide Development: Provide the resources and guidance for development team to deliver best-in-class Kids game content.

  • Collaborate and Empower: Working closely with a Creative Lead and brand stakeholders, you will make sure developers receive creative support and timely brand approval.

  • Brand Assurance: Review milestones and play builds of games in development, providing developers with qualitative feedback to verify that development is tracking toward success.

  • Manage the lifecycle: Oversee production lifecycle for multiple projects, from concept through launch and beyond.

  • Drive Alignment: Keep internal stakeholders and external developers aligned on goals, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget without compromising quality.

  • Champion Brand Quality: Partner with Creative Leads to uphold franchise standards, serving as a guardian of the IP to ensure it is represented authentically in every release.

  • Foster Relationships: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners; review milestones and playtests to provide actionable feedback that helps developers to succeed.

  • Inform Strategy: Leverage playtest data and player feedback to guide iteration and inform long-term development planning.

  • Production Collaboration: Partner with production team members and Executive Producer to improve internal workflows, streamline communication, and support long-term planning.

Requirements

  • 10+ year(s) experience in game production, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality titles.
  • Experience in working with a team that manages externally developed, licensed game projects based on global entertainment franchises.
  • Passion and general knowledge of beloved Kids franchises such as Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, and the full Nicktoons catalogue.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse groups around shared goals.
  • Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a quickly evolving organization
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Available and willing to travel to Los Angeles for regular team meetings and summits

The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $80,000 – $100,000. The salary offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.  The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
