We started in 2018, offering membership-based veterinary care in New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C. Our goal is to create a better veterinary experience for pets, pet parents, and veterinarians alike. This includes high-quality care, ²⁴⁄₇ telemedicine, and transparent pricing, all delivered in clinics designed by animal experts to reduce stress.

For $149 a year, our membership includes a free annual exam, ²⁴⁄₇ telehealth, and same or next-day appointments. We also offer a “Pay As You Go” option. Our services cover ²⁴⁄₇ telemedicine, comprehensive dental care (scaling, polishing, full dental radiographs, and extractions), in-house diagnostic testing and radiology for quick diagnoses, and both core and non-core vaccinations. We ensure dedicated time with our doctors by avoiding overbooked appointments, and members can manage everything through our app.

We opened our first location in Manhattan’s West Village in 2020 and have since expanded. We’ve raised over $60 million from investors like Lerer Hippeau, Primary Ventures, Brand Foundry, Toba Capital, Pentland Group, and Triplepoint Capital. Our founders previously built five other companies and have experience from consumer brands like Warby Parker and Sweetgreen, and healthcare innovators such as One Medical Group and Flatiron Health.
