We also offer proprietary features like Threat List Check, Know Your Business (KYB) Check, Real-time Applicant Fraud Monitoring, Fraud Analyst Review, and Proactive Fraud Forensics Coverage. We’ve analyzed over 15 million documents with a 99.8% accuracy rate and conduct proactive fraud research. We’ve been on the Inc. 5000 list for two years in a row.

Our platform typically rules on documentation in 10 minutes or less. We are SOC 2 Type II Compliant, ensuring customer data security, and Fair Housing Compliant, providing an applicant-agnostic view. We are an Accredited Business with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We partner with 18 of the top 25 NMHC managers. Our platform protects 1,184,099 units, helping clients avoid $238,543,500 in bad debt, and has processed 469,609 applicants.
