Softeta is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our team. This role is ideal for a talent who possesses proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable insights within the tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough needs assessments through stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements;
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories;
Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions;
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog;
Work closely with project teams to implement solutions that meet client expectations and adhere to timelines;
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or IT Analyst;
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM;
Expertise in gathering, analyzing, documenting requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Essential familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for designing, analyzing, and conveying complex business processes;
Understanding of software development life cycles and capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
