Founded in 2009, we’re a team of 11-50 employees specializing in manual penetration testing and augmented security services. We help B2B SaaS firms, SMBs, and enterprises secure their data, maintain compliance, and prevent cyber breaches.

Our penetration testing is human-led and exploit-driven. It’s designed to meet requirements for frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS (v3.2 & 4.0), GDPR, NIST CSF, NIST 800-115, HITRUST CSF, and FedRAMP.

We use a proprietary Portal that provides real-time visibility, faster remediation, retesting, and integrations with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack, Drata, and Vanta. Our team consists of full-time Canadian pentesters who hold certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GWAPT, and various cloud certifications.

We’re a remote-first company across Canada, though our Ottawa office is always an option. Our team also has the flexibility to work from anywhere globally for up to two months each year.

Our company structure includes an Engineering Team, responsible for our Portal and internal tooling, and a Security Team, which handles security projects like penetration testing, security code reviews, cloud assessments, and threat modeling.

Key leadership includes Sherif Koussa (CEO, Founder & Customer Success), Warren Moynihan (Pentesting Director), and Kassia Clifford (Head of Sales).

We offer competitive base salaries. For example, an Intermediate Pentester role ranges from 95,000 to 125,000 CAD. Our team participates in a yearly profit-sharing plan, earning between 7% and 12% of their base salary based on performance.

We operate remotely across Canada by default, with an option to work from our Ottawa office. You can also work from anywhere in the world for up to two months each year.
