Our incentive management platform helps retailers, brands, and restaurants. We let brands directly reward point-of-purchase experts and frontline workers with cash for the sales they generate. This includes commissions, contests, and goals. We help brands increase revenue, retailers improve employee performance, and frontline workers earn fair compensation.

Our platform integrates with Point of Sale (POS) systems for daily analytics and rankings. We manage incentives, inventory, snaps, courses, and events, with automated reward fulfillment. We help businesses with smarter incentives, faster training, better planning, and stronger growth. We use bank-level security for data protection, and clients control and approve incentives. We work with CPG brands in beauty, electronics, outdoor gear, and cannabis.

Over 2,500 retailers and 500 brands use our platform, including more than 3,000 cannabis brands and retailers. We were founded in 2020.

We are a remote team based in San Francisco. Our team includes entrepreneurs, behavioral economists, data scientists, market researchers, brand builders, and retail experts. We build tools that improve people’s lives and help businesses succeed, using principles from decision science, behavioral economics, and organizational theory.
