Now as we grow, we are searching for a new HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team in our Madrid business unit. What you’ll do
- Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organisation in Spain and global functional business units located in the country, bridging global People strategy with local business needs and partnering closely with leaders, Operations, and the broader People team to support managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning, using people data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and help ensure smooth execution of core HR practices and organizational effectiveness.
- Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics, while coaching managers on feedback, talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development, employee growth, and leadership effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, handling complex cases including performance issues and exits, and acting as a first line of support for employee questions and practical HR topics in collaboration with People Operations.
- Provide hands-on HR support across areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics, helping translate business and employee needs into clear, actionable people priorities.
- Participate in international People projects and contribute to the rollout and execution of HR programs across areas such as retention, compensation, benefits, performance management, and Learning & Development.
- Support the day-to-day management of the office environment and help drive employee engagement, feedback, and culture initiatives aligned with business priorities, contributing to a positive employee experience and smooth local operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with deep knowledge of revenue and technical teams and a strong understanding of the business.
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices, including knowledge of training subsidies and FUNDAE processes in Spain
- Hands-on approach to day-to-day HR work, with the ability to balance operational execution if needed and business partnering
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence in supporting employees and managers on practical people topics
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English
