About Spring Fertility
We started Spring Fertility in 2016 to provide a range of reproductive services. These services include IVF, egg freezing, genetic testing, donor services, advanced reproductive surgery, sperm freezing, tissue freezing, IUI, minimal stimulation IVF, and LGBTQ+ family-building services.
We prioritize our patients by offering personalized treatment plans, fast services, and fair pricing. You can find us in multiple locations across California (San Francisco - Pacific Heights & SOMA, Redwood City, Sunnyvale, Oakland, Danville), New York (Manhattan - Bryant Park, Long Island - Garden City), and Oregon (Portland). We’re proud to report over 7,571 Spring Babies Born.
We also support the Spring Together Foundation and Babies and Mothers Alive, a program in East Africa that helps women with antenatal care and access to quality health services.

We have 201-500 employees. Our team consists of scientists and humanists who are passionate about fertility and committed to a compassionate, patient-centric approach. Each patient receives a comprehensive ‘circle of care’ team, which includes a dedicated REI Physician, Patient Navigator, Financial Counselor, Nurse, Embryologist, Genetic Counselor, Mental Health Specialist, Third Party Team (NEST), Medical Assistant, and Advanced Practice Provider. Employees can reach their care team via an app.
