Role Summary

Be the first point of connection in a patient’s care journey. We are looking for compassionate, service-driven individuals to join our team as Virtual Patient Coordinators. In this role, you’ll deliver highly personalized support to patients through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and taken care of from the very first interaction. Our coordinators play a critical role in making each patient’s experience smooth, warm, and stress-free. Whether you are guiding them through registration, answering questions, or preparing them for their first consultation, you will also share what makes Spring special on that first phone call to help patients feel welcomed and valued. You will support providers and internal teams to help ensure successful patient registration

Some day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Answers all incoming calls, emails and live chats
  • Transfers calls or takes messages as necessary
  • Registers new patients in electronic medical record
  • Schedules new patient consultations and ensures all new patient questionnaires are completed prior to consultation with provider
  • Emails new patient “welcome packets” after successful registration
  • Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
  • Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role

  • Strong communication skills

  • Someone who finds purpose in helping others and values meaningful work

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt remote position which may be required to work both EST and PST hours.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $23-27/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
