THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE (WORK FROM HOME) POSITION.

Our headquarters are in Boca Raton, FL, where the majority of our employees are located, and we have additional office locations in Seattle, WA and Toronto, Canada.

Position Overview

We are seeking high-energy and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to represent Springbig as we continue to expand our market share as the leading loyalty and communications platform for regulated industries. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Springbig’s SaaS technology services within a defined geographical territory.

What are we looking for in a team member?

Your specialization is less important than your ability to learn fast, communicate effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities include

Generate leads via email, phone, and social media

Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of each opportunity

Schedule qualified leads for demos with the Business Development Managers

Personalize outreach and communications to high-value prospects

Maintain active engagement with your pipeline and share insights to improve performance

Requirements

Tech savvy with experience in SaaS environments

Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed goals and targets

Extremely comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting

Strong business acumen with the ability to stay focused and professional in fast-paced settings

Intellectual curiosity paired with grit and persistence

Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and sales qualification

Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft effective sales outreach

Positive and energetic phone presence with strong listening and verbal communication skills
