Your Role:
The Director of Commercial Operations, Market Access holds accountability for all field operations to secure operational efficiency and customer effectiveness for the Market Access Team as well as the Field Access Management Team. The Director of Operations, Market Access serves as an essential business partner to the entire Market Access team including the Field Access Managers, a peer to the Field Training Director and works proactively to ensure seamless, service-oriented, and strategic operations across all Commercial functions. This role is a key business partner for Marketing, Sales Operations, Data & Analytics, Marketing Operations, Finance, and Compliance. This role acts as the liaison to HQ functions on behalf of Market Access roles, including but not limited to HR, Legal, IT, and Finance, and Training. It reports directly to Executive Director, Commercial Operations.
The successful candidate is deeply passionate about data analytics, enabling the team to execute positive customer experiences and confidently couples strategic thinking, operational planning and teamwork to deliver on desired outcomes. This is a hands-on position that requires candidates to serve in both a strategic, analytical and tactical capacity to be able to influence through actions and results rather than authority. Success in this role means anticipating leadership needs across functions, driving initiatives with autonomy, and continuing to look for ways to deliver operational impact for your stakeholders.
Location Classification – Remote:
Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs. #LI-Remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on field operations to enable effectiveness with customers, the product portfolio, payor information and services including but not limited to:
- Design and administration of value-oriented incentive compensation plans.
- Development and implementation of action-oriented performance reporting for field activities
- Create data analysis to support field direction and drive performance at all levels of the Market Access and Field Access Manager Teams
- Maintain budget across the function for the VP of Market Access
- Track and maintain annual plan of Market Access meetings as well as field sales support needed, supporting meeting logistics as needed
- Effectiveness Metrics – maintains Execution Dashboards; and collaborates with IT and DAI for alignment and updates as needed
- Manage in practice programs in coordination with the GPO lead
- Liase finance to validate GPO and distribution fees and lead large cross-functional strategic projects to improve operational efficiency or customer experiences and serve in a chief of staff capacity for the VP of Market Access, acting as a thought-partner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 9+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 7 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 4 years’ experience Relevant commercial operations experience working within a biopharma company
- 9+ years of experience working within a Commercial Organization
- 2+ years of experience working within a Market Access Operations line function
- Sales analytics, CRM and field performance reporting experience
- Strong background in strategy execution and project management
- Ability to anticipate and remediate problems that arise
- Creativity and resilience in problem solving
- Strong leadership skills to drive performance and support corporate objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others
- Experience with working in high growth, collaborative organizations

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $184,000.00 – $242,500.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
