We provide product protection plans for consumer goods like smartphones, appliances, TVs, and furniture. We serve over 140 million customers and partner with major retailers and mobile carriers in North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia.

Our operations include digital claims processing, supply chain management, and in-home services. We also ensure store compliance across more than 2,300 retail locations and run retail marketing campaigns, especially in Europe, to promote our brand and train store staff.

Technically, we develop and maintain microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, deployed on AWS and Azure. We are also building and scaling our Generative AI systems, which include Agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and production-grade LLM integrations. We use DBT and Microsoft Fabric for data solutions, and Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for analytics and reporting.

We have between 501 and 1000 employees. Our work environment is fast-paced and collaborative. We often use Agile XP methods, such as pair programming and test-driven development.
