Hybrid working: All Starling colleagues spend a minimum of 10 days per month in the office with flexibility to work the rest from home.

The Opportunity:
As our PMO Specialist within the Enterprise Change team, you’ll be the backbone of Starling’s strategic programmes and projects, providing the governance, control, and structure needed to keep us on track. This position is deployed on-demand to support various initiatives, from major regulatory programmes to new product launches, ensuring consistent, best-practice PMO frameworks are applied where they are needed most.
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities:
- Provide on-demand PMO support across a diverse portfolio of change projects.
- Champion project governance by ensuring adherence to established standards, processes, and templates.
- Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, including the facilitation of identification, tracking, and reporting.
- Deliver clear, concise, and high-quality status reports and dashboards for various audiences, including senior leadership.
- Support project planning activities, including the creation and maintenance of project plans and milestone tracking.
- Manage the change control process to ensure all changes are properly documented and approved.
- Facilitate key meetings and workshops, ensuring outcomes and actions are captured and progressed effectively.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet high standards.

Skills & Experience:
- Solid track record in a PMO role supporting large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within Financial Services.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to apply them practically.
- Hands-on experience with RAID management, change control, and project reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, with a particular focus on Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
