Your Impact
StartupBlink works with governments, innovation agencies, and global corporations to help cities and countries grow their startup ecosystems.
As a Startup Ecosystem Associate, you will support multiple teams across the organization and gain exposure to how global innovation ecosystems are analyzed, promoted, and developed.
You will:
- Conduct research on startups, ecosystem stakeholders, and innovation programs worldwide
- Support consulting projects with ecosystem research, analysis, and data gathering
- Assist the data team with database updates, validation, and ecosystem mapping
- Help the marketing team with content research, reports, and ecosystem insights
- Support the partnerships and sales teams with market research and lead identification
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and internal documents for projects and partners
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives and special projects across the organization
Who We’re Looking For
This is an early-career role designed for someone eager to learn and gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization.
You are:
- Curious about startups, innovation, and global ecosystems
- Comfortable working across different teams and supporting multiple projects
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in professional English (mandatory)
- Strong in research, analysis, and information gathering
- Comfortable working in a remote international team
Bonus Points If
- You have experience with research, data analysis, or market intelligence
- You are familiar with startup ecosystems or innovation programs
- You are comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
- You have previously worked or volunteered with startups, accelerators, or innovation organizations
The Process & Conditions
- Initial screening questions or task evaluation, followed by several interviews
- Fully remote work within the European time zone
- 26 days of paid vacation per year
