We are a German company that offers communication tools and methodologies based on our experience in top management consulting. We help clients with every stage of the PowerPoint process, from organizing complex topics and crafting messages to creating high-quality slides.

We provide workshops on “structured communication” to help clients organize complex information and develop clear key messages. We also offer a PowerPoint add-in (VCT) to improve the speed and visual quality of business presentations.

Our approach helps clients understand, manage, and explain complex subjects by focusing on structure, logic, and clarity. Since 2008, we have used the Pyramid Principle as a core methodology, which means we emphasize leading with the most important message for the audience.

We work with companies globally, including Maersk, Deloitte, Adecco, Accenture, Kearney, Telefonica, Bosch, and SwissRe.

Our mission is to help clients create convincing arguments and impactful presentations. We do this by providing high-quality content, experienced coaches, and effective formats.

Our methodology, “pyramid thinking,” emphasizes starting every communication with the key message most relevant to the recipient.

Our core values include quality and experience. Our coaches come from diverse backgrounds and have strong consulting experience. We strive to bring structure, logic, focus, and clarity to complex issues.

We are a small company of 1-10 employees. Our team includes former top managers, strategy consultants, professors, actors, opera singers, and graphic designers.

We have 18 coaches, all experienced managers with extensive leadership backgrounds in consulting, industry, and sales.
