We are a social platform for stock investors and traders in Indonesia. We were founded in 2012.
In December 2021, we acquired PT Mahakarya Artha Sekuritas, a company established in 1990 and registered with OJK, and renamed it PT Stockbit Sekuritas Digital. Our application allows users to discuss, analyze, and invest in stocks. It offers real-time prices, news, research, fundamental data, charting, and other analytical tools. We also facilitate online stock transactions and digital securities account opening. The platform is available on mobile, MacOS, and Windows.
We specialize in capital markets, focusing on financial social networking, investor research tools, and real-time cloud charting. We are registered with KSEI and IDX as a securities firm that can open digital accounts. We are also members of IDX, KSEI, IDclear, SIPF, and registered with LAPS SJK Sektor Jasa Keuangan.
PT Mahakarya Artha Sekuritas, our predecessor, saw management and ownership changes in 2000, implemented ‘Remote Trading’ in 2007, and participated in a PT Adaro Energy transaction in 2009.
