We’re looking for a Sr Account Executive to join our sales team in Sydney, Australia! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team to generate new revenue growth across the assigned region.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
- Building a sales plan for your book-of-business (account base) and for new business generation so that you over-achieve your targets
- Prospecting and booking meetings with select target accounts in your territory.
- Managing both inbound leads and outbound outreach to increase pipeline opportunities.
- Engaging in customer growth initiatives by expanding existing client relationships.
- Working with our solution and technology partners to source and close new business.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to SDRs helping you fill your calendar with quality meetings.
- Executing sales calls & product demos.
- Educating prospects, submitting proposals and negotiating deals with prospects in marketing, data engineering and operations.
- Updating Salesforce with all activities - we prioritize our data being clean and accurate.
- Following up on your sent proposals & negotiating and closing deals.
- Taking responsibility for enhancing your understanding of our products, the field we operate in, and especially our API and Data Warehousing solutions.
- Meeting weekly with your teammates to collaborate and share tips & thoughts.
This position is for you if you have:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to the JAPAC markets.
- Demonstrated ability to close outbound deals effectively.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience selling Martech/Adtech solutions or solid knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence, or data warehousing ➡️ you’re selling to marketing & data professionals.
