It guides happy customers to leave reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp and engages unhappy customers in recovery workflows. AI instantly sends surveys, reporting an 11%+ response rate. This also helps improve search engine optimization through higher ratings.
- Review Management Agent: This agent creates personalized, on-brand replies to customer reviews, turning complaints into resolutions and satisfied customers into loyal advocates. It curates order-level responses and automates customer engagement at scale.
- Delivery Profitability Agents: These agents aim to maximize profitability for restaurant delivery operations. This includes automated financial reconciliation, real-time financial reporting, and tracking downtime with smart alerts. Features include real-time notifications, consolidated reporting of third-party data, instant financial reconciliation for delivery platforms, and downtime management to automatically restart offline stores.
- AI Scorecards, Insights & Alerts: This agent transforms customer feedback and operational data into actionable insights. It identifies trends, sentiment, and areas for improvement across various channels, providing real-time scorecards. Capabilities include AI trend analysis, generation of actionable feedback, pattern recognition (e.g., impact of error ratings on reviews or cancellations on order volume), and AI data summaries for recommendations.
Beyond AI Agents, we offer tools for online sales management:
- Order Management: Consolidates orders from multiple online platforms into a single system, saving time, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency.
- Automated Marketing: Synchronizes menus across online platforms and optimizes menu item prices, descriptions, and imagery to boost conversion rates and sales.
- Payments & Reconciliation: Provides ledger and payments technology for automatically reconciling sales across delivery platforms, identifying errors, and managing payment schedules flexibly.
- AI-powered Website Builder: Helps restaurants create websites through a search-based interface, using existing restaurant assets or AI-generated images and menus.
- AI Images & Menus: Creates food imagery and crafts menu descriptions and item names, automating photo creation, editing, and menu development.
We report achieving 7x customer retention, processing over 6 million annual reviews, and managing over $10 billion in annual client Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). We work with over 1,500 restaurants across more than 180 cities. In November 2024, we secured $10M in Series A and angel funding, following a $2.5M seed round in 2021.
