About the Role

Postman, the API platform loved by millions of developers, is growing fast and partnering with Sustainable Talent to expand its Sales organization. We’re hiring an experienced GTM Recruiter who’s ready to help build a world-class sales team driving the future of API and AI innovation. In this role, you’ll be dedicated to Postman’s internal Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional go-to-market and sales professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Postman’s GTM leaders and Talent Acquisition team to drive end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles.

  • Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.

  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects both Postman’s and Sustainable Talent’s values.

  • Provide market insights, data-driven recommendations, and ongoing communication to hiring leaders.


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, SaaS, or tech sales recruiting.

  • A proven ability to fill critical roles quickly and effectively while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.

  • Strong relationship management and consultative communication skills.

  • Experience partnering with fast-growing or high-tech clients.

  • A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable impact.


Details

This is a full-time, salaried position employed by Sustainable Talent and dedicated to Postman.

The role is aligned to a client project with an initial six-month duration and the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.


Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
