It integrates into existing workflows, including platforms like Teams and Slack. This helps global organizations make pay decisions that attract talent, ensure internal equity, and manage costs.

Our platform helps companies achieve fair and competitive pay practices, prevent pay gaps, and manage budgets. We focus on HR analytics, pay analytics, equity tech, pay equity, compensation software, and AI for HR.

We offer competitive, geo-neutral compensation based on your role and level. For example, salary ranges might be $170,000 - $210,000 USD, €58,000 - €69,000 per year, or CAD 153-180k. You’ll also receive equity in Syndio.

In Europe, we offer 25 days of vacation plus time off between Christmas and New Year.
