Sysco Your Way Brakes Evening Sales Advisor – Remote – Permanent
Working 25 hours per week from 17.00 – 22.00 working 5⁄7 days including weekends on a rota basis
Due to growth, we are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Evening Sales Advisor to join our busy team in our Contact Centre team
£18,603 Per Annum, Flexibility bonus and lots of great benefits.
Our Sales Advisors are the smile on the end of the line, the people with all the answers, the every-day heroes that help keep our customers’ businesses running smoothly.
What we want you to do…
- Add value to every customer contact using Brakes sales through service approach to drive profitable growth, build loyalty and customer lifetime value
- Take ownership of own personal development to maintain and develop knowledge of Brakes products, services and process
- Take ownership of all aspects of inbound and outbound customer contacts including order placement, query resolution and managing service issues
- Ensure good communication links with various departments and utilise and follow internal policies
- Be self-motivated to deliver high productivity, to achieve personal scorecard targets and assist in the achievement of overall departmental KPI’s
- Liaising between departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- You are able to think quickly on your feet, enabling the best outcome for all customers
- You have top notch communication skills
- Great at building rapport and getting along easily with people
- A strong level of written and verbal skills, with a great attention to detail.
- Be able and happy to work in a busy and fast paced role
