Weetabix

We make breakfast cereals and convenience foods, including popular brands like Weetabix, Weetabix Minis, Weetos, Oatibix, Ready Brek, and Alpen. In total, we offer 56 products.

We were founded in 1932, and the first box of Weetabix was produced at our Burton Latimer mills. Today, we make 70 million Weetabix biscuits weekly, and you’ll find them in nearly half of British homes. We export our products to over 80 countries.

We source our Weetabix wheat from farms within 50 miles of our mills through a special Wheat Protocol. Our main operational sites are in Burton Latimer and Deeside, with additional manufacturing hubs in Corby and a factory in Manchester. We are a subsidiary of Post Holdings, Inc., a consumer packaged goods company based in St. Louis, Missouri, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: POST).

We offer a 15% annual bonus, a double-matched pension scheme with employer contributions up to 12%, and 25 days of annual leave that increase with service. You can also purchase up to 5 additional days.
