Location: Remote
As a Proposal Analyst II, you will support and contribute to the development of proposals of moderate complexity. You will apply technical standards, principles, and proposal development practices to ensure compliant and high-quality submissions. You will work under general supervision while independently handling assigned proposal components. You will coordinate across teams to gather cost, schedule, and technical inputs. You will assist in compliance tracking, cost modeling, and proposal documentation. You will participate in pricing discussions and proposal reviews. You will contribute to improving proposal processes and efficiency. You will continue building expertise in federal proposal environments.
The proposed salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and support planning and scheduling of proposals
Compile cost, schedule, and technical proposal elements
Coordinate with functional teams to gather required inputs
Develop and maintain compliance matrices ensuring RFP requirements are met
Research and analyze historical data to support cost modeling
Participate in fact-finding meetings and proposal coordination
Support should-cost and pricing reviews
Maintain documentation integrity and control access to sensitive materials
Participate in proposal reviews and revisions
Complete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)
Build productive and positive professional relationships with clients within the program
Perform other related duties as assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance:Eligible to obtain clearance.
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience.
Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role with a government contracting firm supporting Department of Defense customers
Experience applying technical standards, principles, and proposal processes
Ability to solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
Understanding of RFP compliance and proposal lifecycle processes
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Experience working with cost data and proposal documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with pricing strategies and cost models
Knowledge of FAR or federal acquisition processes
