TaxValet — Fractional Sales Tax Department

We were founded in 2018 and act as a fractional sales tax department, managing sales tax compliance for e-commerce, SaaS, and multi-state online businesses. We also support CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers with their clients’ sales tax needs.

Our services include automated filings and payments, ongoing nexus analysis, expert audit defense, ²⁴⁄₇ statute monitoring, and hands-free data transfer. We also manage past due tax cleanup, permit applications, product taxability assessments, and tax variance monitoring.

We offer a 100% remote work environment. Some roles have core hours (e.g., 11 AM–4 PM EST for US roles), while others have flexible shifts.
