Job Description
1. Assist in reviewing the overall design of vehicle products;
2. Responsible for communicating with customers about solution requirements,
understanding market needs, and providing feedback on designs;
3. Assisted to control the overall technical standards, technical documents and
quality control outline of vehicle products, and to study the adaptability of
products to relevant regulations, and put forward relevant countermeasures;
4. Assist in guiding the development of new models and new parts, and the
formulation of standard models;
5. Candidates are required to have experience in leading complete project
development, somewhat similar to the role of a R&D project manager. vehicles
integrate machinery, electronics, software, and artificial intelligence. The main
responsibilities of this position include initial market research, product definition,
control of details during product development, as well as feedback and
improvement of product applications in the market.

1. Candidates should be senior professionals in the industry, with more than 10
years of working experience in the industry;
2. Retired experts can be hired as consultants;
3. Candidates with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or overall product planning
background are welcome, but must have experience in completing the whole
product development process, target R&D expert in the industry.
