Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements
Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business operations
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across different jurisdictions
Work with external legal counsel when required
Support corporate governance and internal policy development
Identify legal risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law Master Degree in Law or compatible fields would be a plus.
Experience 5+ years in a contract department of a reputable in-house company, corporate secretarial or related function, preferably managing multiple jurisdictions or experience in an international law firm
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Russian is a strong advantage
Proven experience working with multiple legal jurisdictions (e.g., Dubai, UK, Europe)
Solid understanding of international regulatory frameworks
MiFID II certification is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Background in corporate or commercial law
Experience working in an international environment
