Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, LinkedIn, & TikTok
Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting structures, and funnel approaches
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and KPIs
Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend across all campaigns
Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions
Track conversions and set up proper tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools)
Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and campaign elements to improve performance
Prepare clear performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or internal teams
Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, updates, and strategic recommendations
Fulfill SEO campaigns and participate in ongoing SEO training
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong proficiency in both English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Russian language proficiency is considered an advantage but is not required.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
