About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented experienced Technical Project Lead to support the planning and execution of complex AV and IT infrastructure projects. In this role, you will bridge design, documentation, and on-site implementation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with project engineers, PMO, service teams, and external partners, contributing to smooth execution from requirements analysis through installation and feedback-driven process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender specifications and customer requirements

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including drawings, cable plans, floor plans, and implementation plans, in coordination with technical project engineers

  • Support the PMO team regarding regulatory and compliance requirements during project execution

  • Coordinate on-site work with service teams, partners, and other trades

  • Supervise on-site installation teams when an on-site manager is not available

  • Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from installation teams to continuously improve implementation processes

  • Coordinate and monitor implementation workflows according to project needs and implementation plans

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Technical Building Services, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, AV Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field (FH diploma or Bachelor’s degree)

OR

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

OR

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Media Technician, Media Engineer, Master Electrician, or Construction Manager with responsibility for project planning and/or documentation

  • Solid experience in project execution, coordination, and documentation

  • Strong technical background with a systematic and analytical mindset

  • Experience using technical documentation tools such as AutoCAD or similar software

  • In-depth knowledge of AV and/or IT infrastructure components (hardware, cabling, networking, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of audio and video standards, signal distribution, and control systems

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)

  • German at or near native level

  • Highly structured, organized, and quality-focused

  • Open and effective communicator, comfortable working with multiple internal stakeholders
