You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions.
Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
Increase campaign spend and manage upselling opportunities.
Maintain and update customer databases with complete information.
Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience.
C2 level of Danish and fluent English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with client-facing expertise.
Ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
Strong background in customer relationship management and CRM systems.
Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for personalized outreach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with strong business acumen.
Skilled in competitor analysis and market trend evaluation.
