As part of our New Business Sales Development team, you will identify high‑potential prospects across European markets. Your mission within the Acquisition Marketing team is to source high‑quality, policy‑compliant leads using advanced research tools and insights provided by our Marketing and Sales partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Prospecting — identify and deliver high‑quality, policy‑compliant leads for New Business Sales teams.
Company Evaluation — assess business potential using guidelines and online tools.
Eligibility Checks — verify prospect suitability through internal systems.
Monitor industry trends to ensure timely and relevant prospecting.
Collaborate with Sales to prioritize lead‑sourcing areas based on seasonality and market needs.
Achieve quarterly lead delivery targets with consistent performance.
Provide weekly reporting and analysis in a clear, structured format.
C2 German and C1 English.
18+ months of experience in digital advertising or market research, ideally in the German market.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, basic automation).
Analytical mindset with awareness of German SMB trends.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with CRM systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with AI tools for research and outreach.
Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to support business growth.
