Responsibilities:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
Consolidate and build the customer base.
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Language Skills: C2 level of Hebrew and English
2 Years Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
CRM Experience: extensive CRM experience, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and optimize CRM systems for business growth.
Integrating AI in the day to day workflow and Interpreting AI insights for personalized outreach
Communication Skills: exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
Presentation Skills: excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.
Business Acumen: exceptional business acumen, with the ability to strategically analyze market trends and drive business growth.

Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
Salary of 27.370€ gross/year + up 4.830€ gross/year in bonus.
