We develop and market sustainable crop nutrition products, soil fumigants, and specialty chemicals. Our products combine essential nutrients to improve soil health, increase water infiltration, and maximize nutrient uptake, addressing modern agricultural challenges. Our offerings include SOP and Thio-Sul fertilizers. We expanded our soil fumigation offerings by acquiring Eastman’s Metam Sodium (CLR™ 42%) and Metam Potassium (KLR™ 54%) product labels.

We process refinery byproducts into added-value chemicals and operate liquid fertilizer production facilities, such as the one in Defiance, Ohio. We are active in the agriculture, mining, and process chemical industries. Founded in 1919, we now have a global presence and employ between 1,001 and 5,000 people.
