About The Honor Foundation

We started The Honor Foundation (THF) in 2014 to help U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) transition to civilian careers. Our program helps former military personnel use their elite experience to become leaders in business and their communities.

We offer a clear path for professional development, including personalized coaching, classes, and networking. Our program covers executive education, career coaching, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.

Over 4,100 alumni, who we call Fellows, have completed the program. Each Fellow works with an Executive Coach and connects with our Mentors and Employer Partners. Our goal is to support all active-duty U.S. Special Operations Forces personnel and help improve the DoD’s transition programs. We also assist SOF individuals and their families.

We have 10 physical campuses in locations like San Diego, Virginia Beach, Camp Lejeune, Fort Bragg, Eglin, Tampa, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Fort Campbell. We also offer two virtual programs (THFv).
