We are currently looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager.
The selected individual will be responsible to:
- Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
- Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
- Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
- Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
- Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
- Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of responsible gaming principles and duty-of-care obligations
Familiarity with the MGA and Estonian frameworks
A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Finnish are considered a significant advantage
