• Thoughtful AI: This component provides human-in-the-loop AI agents for RCM automation. These agents specialize in tasks like scheduling, eligibility, coding, billing, denials, and payment posting. They learn and adapt to perform high-volume tasks with over 95% accuracy and compliance. Thoughtful AI aims to reduce preventable denials by up to 75% and cut collection costs by more than 78%.
