We were founded in 2008 to provide digital oncology solutions for community oncology practices and their patients nationwide. Our digital health platform helps clinics improve patient engagement, streamline workflows, and enhance care outcomes.
We offer a mobile-friendly patient portal where patients can access test results, message their care team, and receive personalized education. Our Health Tracker system proactively monitors symptoms and medications, using real-time data to identify and prioritize patients for early intervention. The platform also includes digital triage, symptom management pathways, remote monitoring, and ePRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) solutions.
Our system integrates with existing EMRs, reducing administrative work and supporting reimbursement. We support over 100,000 patients each year, processing more than 100,000 digital patient interactions monthly. In 2021, we delivered over 100 million patient education articles. We are the most widely used digital oncology solution in the U.S.
