Location: Austin (Hybrid) 4 days a week in the office
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Type: 6-Month Contract
Compensation: $30/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a Contract HR Coordinator / Sourcer to support a high-growth hiring period as we scale key Product, GTM, and business teams. This role will strengthen proactive sourcing efforts while also supporting recruiting operations and coordination during peak hiring volume.
This i a 6-month contract engagement designed to provide surge capacity and increase pipeline depth.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively identify and engage talent across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
Conduct initial outreach and light qualification conversations
Build and maintain organized talent pipelines in Greenhouse
Recruiting Coordination & Operations
Schedule interviews and manage candidate logistics
Support recruiters with intake preparation and pipeline tracking
Maintain accurate ATS data and reporting
Assist with offer coordination and candidate communication
What You Bring
1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
Experience using Greenhouse (strongly preferred)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Professional, candidate-first communication style
Nice to Have
Exposure to Product or technical hiring
Experience supporting hiring in SaaS environments
