About TOMsoft
We started in 2018, offering a basic ERP system called TOM to small and medium businesses. As our customer base grew, we invested more in software development to turn TOM into a full ERP system. We create easy-to-use software for the foodservice and wholesale industries.
We offer several products:
- TOM Delivery: This system manages logistics and routes. It includes route optimization, planning, visibility, and proof-of-delivery (with sign-on-glass, photos, and temperature logs). Users get live ETAs and real-time tracking. It integrates with TOM Business, TOM Enterprise, and third-party software.
- TOM Business: This product handles core business operations, offering online ordering, paperless pick and pack, payment processing, pricing tiers, standing orders, and sales dashboards. It also syncs with Xero/MYOB, TOM Delivery, TOM Enterprise, and other software.
- TOM Enterprise: For larger businesses, this solution provides multi-warehouse and advanced inventory management, purchasing, supplier contracts and rebates, custom workflows, and advanced APIs. It also supports EDI, eCommerce and marketplace links, complex pricing rules, custom analytics, role-based permissions, and audit trails. Dedicated onboarding is included for third-party integrations.

We focus on quick onboarding, clear operations, built-in compliance, and scalability to support growing businesses. Bill Kollatos founded TOMsoft; he developed the original TOM system over 20 years ago for his own wholesale fruit and vegetable business, Yarra Valley Farms, before offering it to the wider industry. We provide guided support for fleets with 5 or more trucks or teams with 5 or more users.
