Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard Turkish payment methods:
Local bank acquiring
Cross-border acquiring
Alternative payment methods (APMs)
Wallet-based solutions (e.g., Papara-like models)
Fast transfers / QR solutions / P2P structures
Negotiate commercial terms (MDR, rolling reserves, settlement cycles)
Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flows
Assess AML, compliance, and operational risks
Work closely with Product and Tech teams during integrations
Build and maintain strategic partnerships in Turkey
Monitor regulatory and market changes
Optimize cost of processing and approval rates
Required Experience
3+ years in PSP / payments / fintech
Proven experience onboarding Turkish payment methods
Strong understanding of:
Acquirer MDR
Scheme fees (Visa / Mastercard)
Cross-border fees
FX costs
3DS flows
Experience working with iGaming merchants
Strong local network in Turkey
Deep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscape
Experience with high-risk or crypto PSPs
Understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes
Nice to Have
Experience launching payment infrastructure from scratch
Experience working in international corporate structures
