Our system integrates expert coaches, AI, and organizational insights to help leaders improve performance. We help organizations with needs like AI transformation, restructuring, building resilience, and leadership development. Our platform features Spark AI for guidance, Change Coaching to build skills, and Organizational Intelligence to track progress and spot challenges.
We offer contextual coaching, customized to our clients’ business goals and culture. We measure results using a continuous feedback loop of coaching themes, 360/self-assessment data, and AI practice signals. We acquired Praxis Labs to add immersive AI simulations and behavioral insights to our services.
