Job description

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for providing technology solutions for global financial industry players that add value to theirs’ business, by analyzing their challenges, identifying their problems, then implement our software solutions tailored to suit the client’s needs.

You will work with passionate, engaged teams of SQL developers (technical consultants), software engineers and infrastructure managers in the Financial Solutions software delivery department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements from both a functional and business perspective to define clear solution objectives and delivery scope.

  • Engage directly with customers to fully understand their business processes and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications in coordination with the delivery team.

  • Configure and customize the Charisma Financial Solutions platform according to the approved solution design and participate in internal and customer testing cycles to validate deliverables.

  • Identify and manage delivery risks to ensure smooth project execution, escalating potential issues proactively when needed.

  • Track and document project activities, ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and issues are logged, monitored, and resolved throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and future opportunities by identifying potential enhancements or extensions to the delivered solution,

  • Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions, both to enhance technical and product expertise and to support onboarding or cross-functional learning within the team.

  • Provide delivery support and guidance to client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation plans.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring delivery quality, transparency, and high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in the financial industry (leasing/ credit/ insurance would be preferred).
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Good understanding of Financial Services business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to develop pragmatic business solutions.
  • Good communication skills, ability to position himself/ herself as a trustful business consultant.
  • Self-organizing skills, ability to perform activities from multiple work streams and achieve set deadlines and goals.
  • Detail oriented and results focused.
  • Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments.
