About the Role

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with various category departments to ensure purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. You will also track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Managing purchase orders in line with the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring timely creation and regular follow-up with suppliers
  • Monitoring procurement markets for assigned products and conducting relevant analyses
  • Negotiating and finalizing agreements on pricing, payment terms, and delivery with suppliers
  • Collaborating and maintaining effective communication with relevant category departments regarding purchasing processes (e.g., price, deadlines)
  • Conducting analyses on suppliers’ service levels, product stock values, and related metrics
  • Preparing and presenting reports on procurement and business processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT procurement or a related discipline
  • Experience across all IT procurement categories, including hardware, software, and telecommunications
  • Strong knowledge of market research and price comparison
  • Solid understanding of supplier relationship management and process management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar)
