What you will do:
- Review reviews from B2C users and photos on our platform and assess them for compliance with our community guidelines and standards.
- Moderate reviews & photos to ensure they are appropriate for our audience and do not violate any laws or regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify emerging trends or issues related to review & photo moderation and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Communicate with users regarding moderation decisions and provide feedback on how to improve their content if necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in community guidelines, policies, and regulations related to photo moderation.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on Customer Support or Sales
- Passionate about the restaurant industry, to join our team based in Barcelona
- Languages: high level of English (other language is a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Goal oriented
- Dynamic speech
- Team Player
- SalesForce knowledge is a plus.
