This role is hands-on and strategy-driven — perfect for someone who enjoys building digital plans, creating content, tracking performance, and continuously improving what’s working.
You’ll be focused on digital content creation and planning, posting and managing content across web and social channels, monitoring online conversations, and reporting on performance. You’ll also play a key role in email marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and exploring how Generative AI/LLMs can support smarter marketing.
Schedule:
- This is a hybrid position Monday-Friday where work-from-home flexibility is provided 1-2 days a week once you are trained!
What you’ll do
- Build and execute digital marketing strategies that include SEO best practices, paid search, and organic content to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and manage a unified content calendar across social and digital platforms aligned with TCI goals.
- Support key business areas with content and campaigns — including heavy-duty truck service, truck sales, parts marketing, and recruiting/employer brand.
- Partner with agency vendors and serve as the day-to-day liaison to produce and manage engaging, SEO-friendly content across web, social, and advertising channels.
- Oversee and optimize TCI’s website and Google Business Profiles to improve user experience, visibility, and local search performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across paid search, social, and digital platforms using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console; use insights to improve ROI.
- Monitor brand reputation and engagement across platforms, identify trends, and respond where appropriate to support customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools/practices, and emerging platforms to keep TCI ahead.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in creative content development, planning content calendars, email marketing, SEO/SEM and social media management.
- Demonstrated ability to improve website visibility, search rankings, and conversion performance through organic and paid strategies.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing/social listening tools (i.e., HubSpot, Meltwater, and CRM systems)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience and ability to juggle a variety of projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- PR or digital marketing agency experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to meet insurance requirements
- Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen
What We Offer:
