About Truehold

We started in 2021 to offer real estate financing and transaction solutions for homeowners and investors. We provide DSCR loans, fix-and-flip financing, direct property sales, and home equity products.

One of our main services lets homeowners sell their property at a good price and then stay in their home as renters. They get cash upfront, and we handle things like property taxes, insurance, and major repairs during their lease. We structure this as a property sale and a standard lease, not as a debt product like a reverse mortgage or home equity loan.

Our services are available in many cities. We use AI technology, supported by a dedicated transaction team. Since launching, we’ve completed over 2,000 transactions, helping more than 1,100 households access over $200 million in equity. We typically work with properties valued between $150,000 and $450,000. Our Truehold Financial division also offers mortgage lending operations, including DSCR and SFR investor loans.
