Our platform streamlines data collection, flags energy and emissions outliers, predicts performance against benchmarks, and centralizes reporting. We use an AI engine to enhance data, speed up collection, and simplify planning and reporting.

The platform helps asset and fund managers pinpoint underperforming properties, optimize retrofits, and track assets against benchmarks like CRREM. Risk and compliance officers use it to validate data and create audit-ready reports for frameworks such as GRI, GRESB, SFDR, and CSRD. Property and portfolio managers benefit from centralized dashboards, real-time alerts, and analytics for efficient property management.

We monitor over 25,000 buildings. In 2024, our platform helped save 100 million kg of CO2, with $1 billion in measures planned. We work with customers who manage over $500 billion in assets.
