We are a software development company, founded in 2022. We operate a data-driven borrower intelligence platform. Our main product, Mortgage Coach NextGen, builds on our previous borrower education software. This platform helps lenders identify and engage borrowers before they apply for a loan, improving loan processes and helping turn borrowers into long-term customers.

Mortgage Coach NextGen includes a mobile app for finding opportunities and creating Homeowner Strategies on the go. There’s also a desktop version for more complex tasks and live presentations. Homeowner Strategies give customers a clear, visual way to reach their financial goals, replacing traditional fee sheets. The platform helps loan officers respond to immediate opportunities when customers are active and to coach them before competitors do. This covers both non-credit and immediate opportunities; enterprise plans offer paid upgrades for credit triggers and data ingestion.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the coaching process. Our Borrower-Facing AI Chat answers borrower questions ²⁴⁄₇, and an Internal AI Assistant summarizes borrower interactions to help loan officers prepare for meetings. For company administrators, the Mortgage Coach Usage Insights dashboard shows team performance, usage trends, and engagement metrics, eliminating the need for manual data collection.

We serve individual loan officers, small teams, and large enterprises. We integrate with various systems, including CRM (e.g., Total Expert, Homebot, Jungo), inbound borrower data (e.g., Salesforce, Insellerate), pricing engines (e.g., Optimal Blue, Polly), fee providers (e.g., First American, Lodestar), mortgage insurance providers (e.g., Arch MI, MGIC), and other business intelligence and reputation management tools (e.g., Experience.com, Motivity Solutions). The number of integrations depends on the service tier.

Over 165 lender organizations and more than 13,000 loan officers use our products. Each year, over 1,170,000 Homeowner Strategies are created using our tools. In 2024, 80% of the top 25 retail lenders were Mortgage Coach customers, and 97% of users say Mortgage Coach simplifies customer engagement. Loan officers using Mortgage Coach have reported an average productivity boost of 47%.
