ABOUT THE ROLE
Trustly is seeking a results-oriented, metrics-driven product support associate to assist in maintaining the coverage enhancement, quality, and performance for Trustly’s global network of financial institutions. You will be optimizing and expanding the best-in-class online banking connectivity platform that powers Trustly’s entire payment and data portfolio. You will be reporting to our head of FIC product team, and work with a variety of Trustly products, engineering, and business teams, as well as external banking partners.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Product organization and work day-to-day with a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Core Product, and Data Analytics. You’ll also partner closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Merchant Success to ensure product initiatives are scalable, secure, and compliant.
What you’ll do:
- Own product roadmap and requirements for expanding Trustly’s open banking connectivity and enhancing existing platform coverage.
- Own product and business requirements for product initiatives.
- Be the product representative in intaking, prioritizing and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues in various Slack channels.
- Conduct product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions.
- Working with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework; and improving the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product related issues.
Who you are:
- Prior experience in product management.
- Ability to read and interpret JSON payloads and API responses.
- Basic understanding of HTTP methods and status codes.
- Comfortable with analyzing logs and debugging integration issues.
- Excellent ability to communicate and work with cross-functional, cross-border teams in the U.S. and Brazil.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Result-oriented, self-starter, creative problem solver, with the ability to follow through on projects.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize among different initiatives.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced English
