About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a Director of Revenue Project Management to lead cross-functional, high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the company.
This leader will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Media Strategy, Account Management, Ad Operations, Marketing, Content, and Tech — ensuring Tubi’s monetization initiatives are executed with precision, transparency, and cross-team collaboration.
The ideal candidate is an experienced operator and communicator who combines a strong technical understanding of ad ecosystems with the ability to lead through influence, build consensus at the executive level, and transform complex challenges into clear, actionable paths forward.
This is a hybrid role based in either our New York or San Francisco office. Candidates must be willing to work on-site three days per week at the designated office, as applicable.
What You’ll Do:
Program Management: Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies with exceptional attention to detail and organizational rigor.
Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-visibility, revenue-driving initiatives that strengthen Tubi’s advertising business and operational capabilities.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner across Sales, Media Strategy, Account Management, Ad Operations, Marketing, Content, and Techto ensure priorities, deliverables, and success metrics are clearly defined and consistently communicated.
Relationship Building: Leverage extensive knowledge and relationships across revenue teams to understand pain points, workflows, and dynamics — driving better collaboration and solutions.
Operational Excellence: Develop and implement scalable frameworks that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and connect cross-functional efforts to measurable business outcomes.
Executive Presentation: Represent the revenue organization in meetings with senior leaders — presenting complex updates with clarity, identifying operational gaps, communicating risks or needs, and mapping actionable next steps.
Technical Fluency: Translate business goals into technical execution, demonstrating deep understanding of ad serving, impression counting, IAB standards, and measurement tools (e.g., InMarket, Polk, Nielsen).
Post-Mortem & Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives to extract learnings, drive iteration, and enhance collaboration across all revenue-related teams.
Your Background:
- 8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, or revenue strategy within digital media, ad tech, or streaming industries.
- Proven success managing high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with executive oversight and tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and revenue operations — from campaign execution to measurement and optimization.
- Strong relationships and understanding across revenue teams (Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Marketing, etc.) — able to empathize with team dynamics and pain points.
- Exceptional communication & influence capabilities: Skilled at presenting to leadership, surfacing insights, building consensus, and driving alignment across departments.
- Extremely organized, with comfort navigating ambiguity and untangling complex work streams into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Technical understanding of ad serving, impression counting, IAB standards, and measurement.
- Expertise with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and strong proficiency in G Suite or equivalent tools.
