Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide exceptional, one‑to‑one support to an Executive‑level Director. This role is pivotal in enabling the Director to operate efficiently, stay focused on strategic priorities, and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive management of the Director’s diary, travel, meetings, and daily workflow
- Preparing high‑quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
- Coordinating priorities, tracking actions, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting planning and delivery of key leadership meetings, projects, and initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader, ideally at Executive or Director level
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgement when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience preparing executive‑level documents
- A good communicator and multi-tasker. The role will involve working with the Executive and helping keep momentum and execute strategy with the leadership team. This will involve coordination to close out actions and ensure deadlines are met
